THE NEXT BOARD MEETING IS
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2011. OPEN SESSION AT 8:00 PM.

Hills Village North Master Association is responsible for maintaining the following items:
- Amenities for six (6) Neighborhood Associations:
- Birchwood,
- Cortland,
- Four Oaks,
- Long Meadow,
- Wood Duck Pond and
- Wynnewood.
- The amenities include:
- Tennis Courts,
- Pool,
- Tot Lot,
- Clubhouse, and
- Gym.
- The major roads and sidewalks located on the following roads:
- Artillery Park Rd.,
- Bradford Rd,
- Long Meadow Rd., and
- Wynnewood Rd.
- Two detention basins and the pond in Wood Duck Pond.
- The basins are located at the corner of Robertson Rd and Ramp Rd. and at the corner of Schley Mtn. Rd. and Long Meadow Rd.
- The pond is fenced in along Robertson Rd.
